Returns Policy

To initiate a return please email us at sales@homedecorhull.com or call us on 01482 783561 upon approval of a return please ensure you meet the policies below and return your item to us in appropriate packaging with your name and order number either in or on the parcel so we can identify it upon arrival to us.

30-Day Return Period

All returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods with the corresponding receipt.

Condition of Returned Goods

Unwanted items should be returned in their original packaging, unopened, undamaged, and in the same condition as when purchased and must have your name and order number inside the return parcel for us to identify your parcel.

Faulty Items

For a refund, faulty items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, including the original labeling. Our team will conduct an investigation to assess the fault, and we will contact you accordingly.

Return Handling/Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are responsible for all return handling and shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any return request.

Special/Pattern Book Orders

Unused rolls from special/pattern book orders are not eligible for refunds. Please contact us to verify if the product falls under this category. This policy applies to all designer ranges.
